Volunteer Application

We are accepting volunteer applications for a few positions this year. Because the venue charges for each person that is camping onsite (including venue costs, porta potties, water truck etc), we are not able to give completely “free” volunteer passes but instead need for everyone to pay the camping and impact fees that each person costs to be onsite (a minimal $25). With that in mind, our new offering for volunteers this year is:

3 shifts of 4 hours each = $100 off of a 3-day pass

Volunteers need to purchase their passes for $125 in advance and be reimbursed the $100 “volunteer pass reduction credit” after performing the agreed 3 shifts totaling 12 hours. Many festivals now do this and it ensures that people follow through with their agreements.
