HuManDalas – Sacred Geometry Embodiment:  Join us as we activate portals of our unified intentions for personal and planetary healing. Acknowledge and feel the beauty that we are, when we consciously connect as one collective unit, and learn to charge ourselves and each other with these universal healing vibrations. Come and learn about the sacred geometries of time and space by creating these beautiful and significant forms with our connected bodies, movement, sound and intention. This is an activity everyone can participate in, no matter their age, body type or culture. In fact, the more diversity there is, the more beautiful the HuManDala! This is a very beautiful practice that everyone will be able to take home with them and share with others.

Daniel Levy envisioned HuManDalas, in 2005, while studying sacred geometry. He has made it a life mission to share this form of sacred connection with the people of the world for planetary healing. Embodying the sacred geometries that connect us, brings us into a closer connection and understanding of our collective energy field. It helps us to develop stronger non-verbal and compassionate communication skills, energetic sensitivity and a deep understanding of collective consciousness. Daniel is a “Yoga Alliance RYT” and has been sharing this beautiful art form at many festivals and gatherings, internationally, since 2006. He’s worked with university students, Waldorf schools, dance camps, older people, hearing impaired, and those with disabilities.

Sita Devi

Modern Yoga Accompanied by DJ Craig Kohland Shamans Dream Modern Yoga is a unique practice Sita created from years of contemporary dance and practicing yoga extensively. It is a fusion of Hatha Yoga and Contemporary Modern dance. This combination produces a fun, innovative way to practice yoga and introduces elements of dance allowing the practitioner to find a groovy flow within the practice. Class begins with an opening meditation and pranayama(breathing exercise) to get centered. We then move into the vinyasa dance, where elements of traditional vinyasa are intermingled with contemporary dance moves. New pathways through the vinyasa are introduced and explored. As we move forwards more complex pathways are added and modifications both advanced and beginning are demonstrated. This eventually leads us into ecstatic dance, a spontaneous, creative flow, allowing the participants to explore what we have learned and add their own unique expressions as well. After the dance builds to a peak, we cool down with some slow traditional hatha stretches combined with modern dance moves to keep the flow slowly moving, eventually coming into savasana. Modern yoga affords the practitioner the ability to flow seamlessly through vinyasa postures using transitions derived from contemporary dance. By adding the element of dance to yoga the collective journey transforms into a blissful ecstatic celebration of love and light.
