Permaculture Solutions: This workshop will be an open discussion on how we can work towards sufficiency of basic needs within our local and global communities, to deepen our connection to the earth and all of its creatures. Solutions and techniques such as composting, conscious wildcrafting, and no-till gardening and food production will be explained, and we will share ideas on possible ways to organize and create a society based on mutual aid and reciprocity. Rising Roots is a traveling permaculture design collective which specializes in education, planning,  development of regenerative, small scale production systems. We have worked around the US & in Costa Rica, providing consultations for small businesses, event sustainability, & land management solutions. We have four years of educational & work experience, providing techniques for the creation of sustainable home-scale food & medicine cultivation.
