Lakshmi Devi is an inspired and ecstatic multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and kirtan leader. Since 1999 she has been performing her original and sacred world music across the United States and Internationally, including Thailand, Bali, Hawaii, Oregon and California. She is a regular performer at many festivals such as Earthdance, Harmony Festival, Oregon Country Fair and the newly added Bali Spirit and Bhaktifest. She is recently known as one of the founding members of the west coast popular “Kali’s Angels,” along with Suzanne Sterling and Amy Carr. Some of her extensive musical involvements include: producing music events, directing music for ritual performances, and leading interactive sound ritual journeys. She also appears as a guest performer and studio musician for various musicians and bands such as: renowned world musicians, Jai Uttal, and Geoffery Gordon, the internationally acclaimed Medicine Drum and popular chanting guru Krishna Das. Others include Suzanne Sterling, Dave Stringer, Lost at Last, Karnamrita and many more. Her most current passion is offering music for yoga classes and leading ecstatic Kirtans. Lakshmi Devi will be joined at Mystic Garden Gathering by fellow Kali’s Angel “Amy Carr”
