Art of Self Mastery Intro to Heart Songs: What happens when you play with the
threads of yoga, play, song, and movement with the wisdom that there is a unified energy field of consciousness permeating this physical
earth and our bodies? You get Fun! In this embodied experience, we plug into what’s alive in the moment, and this allows any places in
us that are stuck or dark to re-integrate easily and enjoy the energy released in that Union!
Andrew has steadily practiced yoga since being introduced to Ashtanga during his studies at UC Santa Cruz in 1994. He completed his teacher training with Tias Little’s Prajna Yoga in 2006. Tias’s style of asana reflects a blend of Iyengar and Ashtanga forms, presented with an
emphasis on Hindu and Buddhist philosophy and meditation. Along the way Andrew has absolutely loved sharing so many experiences that connect people to the magic within and especially to each other. These range from Monkey Chant at Telluride Yoga Fest and many business seminars, leading multiple yoga retreats, and movement classes at local dance projects. Andrew completed 2 years at University of Santa Monica in 2005, achieving a Master of Arts degree in Spiritual Psychology. The focus is to experientially heal one’s self within the context that “We are spiritual beings having a human experience.” “The unique combo of yoga, music, and experiential healing is my unique gift to the world.” –Andrew
